Pilot data-use notice
Class Continued is a learning app used by parents to support their children. Read this before creating a child profile or uploading schoolwork. A signed-in parent must make an explicit choice before those submissions are accepted.
What you choose to share
Class Continued uses the child profile, goals, school reports and work you upload, completed answers, parent feedback and saved learning history to plan practice, generate worksheets, grade work and track skills. Upload only information you are authorized to share. Remove unrelated people’s information and unnecessary identifiers. Voice input is optional and is sent for transcription.
Who handles the information
The app runs through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Cloudflare stores app records and uploaded files. Relevant school files, profile context, answers and optional audio are sent to OpenAI for AI features. Supabase handles parent sign-in and its authentication records; authentication emails use Cloudflare’s email service. Authorized operators can access information to support families and run the pilot. Parent accounts and support messages are also recorded.
What the pilot does not promise
AI analysis and grading can be wrong. A parent should review results before confirming them. This permission covers the family’s learning service, not a separate program to train or recalibrate shared models using family data. Provider-held records and infrastructure logs have separate handling that the operator is still reviewing before wider launch.
Keeping and deleting records
The product policy is to retain family learning records until you request deletion or the account has no active subscription for 365 days. Pilot end alone is not a deletion trigger. Automated inactivity deletion and complete account-erasure fulfillment are not yet enabled; contact the operator for a deletion request and its completion status. Temporary completed-work photos may be removed sooner after grading. A data download or permission withdrawal does not itself delete saved records.
Your choice and controls
You may decline, or withdraw permission later in Your family’s data. Without current permission, new child-profile changes, school-file uploads and AI requests are blocked. Requests already started may finish; withdrawal cannot retract information already sent. You can still sign in, download saved data, remove existing uploads or profiles, request account deletion and contact support. Re-enabling permission does not override a separate AI pause or a pending deletion request.
